Orders Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow 7 - 10 days for
customized pen orders. Shipping For your convenience, we offer a fixed rate USPS Priority 2 – 3 day shipping. Insurance is a must and is added into the cost of shipping at check out. Listed below, increase due to insurance.
Packaging Each pen is packed in a plastic tube surrounded by Aromatic Cedar shavings to
protect the pen during shipping. Payment We Accept through PayPal Service Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover, E-Checks and PayPal.
Returns Returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Returns
must be in new condition, with all original accessories and packaging included.
Please email us with
any concerns before you
return your item(s). We will do whatever we can to
rectify the issue. When returning item(s), please make certain that they are
packaged properly, insured for the value of the item(s) and include your
receipt.
